I adore this gorgeous garden gate, which I photographed in Kelmscott earlier this year. Between the weathered stone steps and twisting ivy, the gate seems to speak of mystery and beauty. Between Hurricane Sandy (we're fine though shaken), Winter Storm Athena (whose start you can view above), and myriad other events, my time in the studio has been extremely limited these days. I'm also chin-deep in book revision land. Only about forty pages remain in this latest, and hopefully, final draft before the manuscript goes out to publishers for acquisition.
